Abigail was patient with me and she worked with my old phone to retrieve my info for my upgrade! She and her smart brain and kind heart be recognized as a positive sales person.. If you could duplicate her your business, in all locations would be blessed!
I have had nothing but problems out of this store. They cant seem to fix the problem I have encountered. I was also lied to about refunds and the time frame. I would not recommend this store at all. I would much rather travel out of town for anything I need to go in store for or just speak with customer service every time even with a 20 and 30 minute wait on the phone
