I love Auntie Anne's. It's a mandatory stop at each and every mall we shop in.
Auntie Anne’s has amazing pretzels! The best in my opinion. The service is usually spot on. However, today as the employees worked hard through the busy hours the manager acted out of control as if he couldn’t handle the job. He was yelling at customers to give him their orders! Several folks felt uncomfortable with his attitude as well as the fact he wouldn’t change his gloves. When it came time for my order I was ready- and yelled it to him, he didn’t hear it and needed it repeated. From there, he wanted me to pay right at that moment, by yelling the total to me multiple times. There was a family ahead of me still paying the cashier, therefore I couldn’t do anything. Needless to say, the manager made his employees and every customer feel uncomfortable. Every other employee stayed calm and collected through the chaos, and I applaud them! Great work to all the others!nLastly, as he was talking to the cashier he coughs on the food!nI WILL NOT RETURN IF HE IS WORKING!
Hit or miss with the freshness. Sometimes the pretzels are fresh and sometimes they are hard like they've been sitting for a while. You're going to spend at least $5 cause the prices have definitely increased over the years
