The customer service.was informative and very friendly. I only give it a 4 star instead of 5 because if I wanted to buy a phone outright..they do not allow that in stores only online and the models I was hoping to see are not carried in stock.
I see i posted a negative review a year ago with no comment. Had to return yesterday, a year later and if I could have a zero star review that would be what the manager of this store would deserve! She is a liar and is only there to sell high priced phones and plans!! She wanted to sell me a phone plan for $150 more per month for 1 line. Really? Why would anyone want that? She had no prepaid phones which is weird the store was huge seems like they should have a lot of stock but nothing...no one believes that bs!! You should be ashamed!!
Dabriel was the representative in this store when we came in to upgrade our phones. He was extremely helpful, professional, and patient as we make our transaction. Best experience we have ever had at an AT&T store. Would highly recommend visiting Dabriel at the Hillsboro Texas location if you need a service from an AT&T store.
Helpful people usually but good place
Gino (the manager) was very informative and fun. He really took care of our needs. I was there with my brother who was upgrading his phone. Not once did I feel pressured into buying. After listening to their conversation, I was convinced I wanted to make the move. Thank you guys! I enjoyed the visit and appreciate the service!
