Had 2 packages in the span of 2 weeks get delivered to the wrong address from this FedEx Ground office. I even had a profile with FedEx delivery manager describing the house. There was nothing wrong with the address on the packages, so I'm not sure how they were delivered incorrectly...

Stayed home today to accept delivery. Only to get a message that the driver attempted delivery but no one was home. No knock, no doorbell. Oh and I have RING so I know this driver never attempted to deliver the package. Called fedex and they said they had no way to contact the driver and my package would now be delivered two days from now. So from the mouth of Fedex, there is no way to hold drivers accountable or track them or contact them. Absolutely unacceptable.

Somehow the delivery address changed I have no clue to why. My phone number was not in the slip even though I did put it, They left my expensive package leaning onto a street gate on a dirt road on my neighbors ranch 1 mile away from me when they claim it was left at the door. Also their customer service was a guy from India who said the driver took it back to the terminal and I should wait up to three days. That was a lie. I would give them 5 negative stars if u could. I’m just happy I have a honest neighbor who knew me and delivered it.

I hate dealing with them over the phone. The company as a while need to update their entire deliver window. ALSO THEY NEED TO STOP USING 3RD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICES BECAUSE IT KILLING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. NO CUSTOMER SHOULD WAIT FOR A 12HOUR WAIT DELIVERY WINDOW TO GET THEIR DELIVERY. UPS AND DHL HAVE 3-4 DELIVERY WINDOWS WHEN THE PACKAGES WILL ARRIVE. PLUS THE COMPANY'S ENTIRE COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR DRIVER IS THE WORST COMMUNICATION I EVER EXPERIENCED. ANY CHANGES YOU MAKE TO HOLD THE DELIVERY AND WANT TO PICK UP IN PERSON IS COMPLETELY IGNORED BY THE COMPANY AND THE DRIVER. FEDEX DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. IM NEVER USING THIS COMPANY TO SHIP OR RECEIVE SHIPMENTS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE AND I WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NEVER TO USE FEDEX EITHER.

Terrible delivery service. I had a 6 package order that was to be delivered on 4/3/21 and then they delivered only 1 package today on the 4/4/21. I asked the driver where’s the other packages? He replied: they will be delivered on 4/5/21 Monday. But then I received a text message saying they attempted to deliver the rest of the packages at 7:38 pm this same day (4/4/21) which I wasn’t expecting and so I wasn’t looking out for them. I have an automatic gate and he couldn’t get in, so he left. Now I have to wait til Tuesday 4/6/21! This is BS!
