I went in last week to upgrade my phone, I had in mind an iPhone 11. I asked the associate for that specific phone and she lied to me that they didn’t have any in stock so I settled for the 12. She even made it seem as if she was going out of her way to try and order me one, as she was doing that not only had she lied to me but she lied to 2 other customers about not having the iPhone 11. When she was getting my paper work done the customer next to me was offered a promotion they had going on where you buy the iPhone 12 and you get the iPhone 11 for free. The associate helping her comes from the back with the iPhone 11 when we were told they didn’t have any in the first place. I don’t appreciate getting lied to not only about them not having the phone but also that I needed to purchase a new adapter cause the old ones no longer fit the iPhone 12’s. I went home and tried my old charger on the new phone and guess what it fits perfectly fine. I would mention her name but she wasn’t even wearing a name tag.
Great place. Always helpful reps. Chuy helped us out with alot more than expected. We even got new watches, he took his time explaining everything to us. Don't go much into the stores, but everytime I go customer service has always been great!

Initially went to a weslaco location, customer service sucked so I was recommended this location and yup the customer service was on point. Rodrigo was super helpful, knowledgeable and nice. He made everything very simple for me.
Honestly they told me if I had insurance on my iPhone no matter what happens to the phone I can come back and replace it and get a new one again “whatever happens to the phone” I go and they tell me I can’t replace my iPhone, so what’s the whole point of having insurance on your phone
