Let me rate this store a MINUS -40 ,nI received very good phone from a relative, managed to get it unlockednfrom an other carrier (AT&T). Did that at home on my PC to have nonobstacles to activate it with Metro PCS.nSince i am a long time customer of Metro, I wanted to keep my account with them and I wanted to purchase only a Metro SIM card for this used phone.nThe only young sales person in the store a guy, told me that he wasnfrom a other store and that this store only sells NEW PHONES andnthey have no SIM cards and that I had to go to other stores for the purchase. AUG 19th 2020 at NOON.nSo I ask politely if he would help me to find out in what store theynwould have them.nHe told me flat out NO that he could not do that.nInstead i was told to get on my phone and call other Metro Stores andnsearch for SiM Cards availability by my self.nI begged him several times to help me, since he new other stores with the same results.nthis Store on McColl might be good to pay bills if you have to.nThe Customer Service is absolutely unacceptable .... if not rude . .

If I could I would rate a 0. I didn't even walk in the store . The sign says closes at 8pm but I guess the employees close when they feel like leaving. The girl opened the door to tell me she was closed it wasn't even 8. She obviously does not care to make sales

the manager was very helpful she gave me excellent service , also everytime I have a question all the representatives are really helpful !
