So far so good. Made my purchase last week of January 2021. They were very helpful. They told me up front it could take up to 6 months to receive stone. I called this week to check progress. Gentlemen was very helpful located my receipt and told me order is moving along and they would call as soon as they receive stone. He also told me I am welcome to continue calling to check. Very nice man! Not giving a 5 star because I am pending completion of order.

An absolutely terrible experience and waste of time. I went in search of information about purchasing a headstone for my parents. I stood in front of the employee for almost a minute. He saw me but continued playing on his phone. He finally got up and made zero effort to explain the styles and prices. I had to keep asking questions in order to get any information. He just stood there bored and gave me extremely basic information. If this is the level of customer service I can expect then I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere.
