So we did an online order and we came in the store to buy a freezer. We asked a total of 4 people for help on locating the freezer (45 minutes total) Don from no where near that department went back to appliances to help us. ALL freezers for some reason are in the stockroom. It took a while, but Don got us one. So as we got to customer service to get our order and pay for our freezer, we were told we can't pay for our freezer there (rudely). So I took the freezer and stood in another line to pay for it while my husband took care of the online order. He was told it'll be out shortly. 5-6 other people showed up after us and all got their orders while we still waited (25 minutes later) We went back in the store and asked where it was and they never even pulled it. So we canceled the order, 860848532 ($70+ dollar order). I gave a 2 overall because of Don, if it wasn't for him we would've returned the freezer as well. Your customer service needs some serious help. I'm also not sure why your Entire stock of freezers are in the stockroom, but that should probably change as well.

Ordered things in advance and was notified my items were in locker ready for pickup. Went to Lowes and young woman showed me how the lockers work. What a great system! Definitely saved some time.

Happy that Lowe’s acknowledges us veterans. I gave the prime of my life to our country, it’s nice this big business thinks of us. Store is very well stocked , staff is very knowledgeable.

Salesperson not over knowledgeable about the make of the appliance we were looking at and would have liked more guidance. However he was both professional and courteous. I cannot understand how when placing my order I am told that it will be 6 weeks before it can be delivered. The appliance will be in the store in about a week if we care to pick it up ourselves. As senior citizens, this is not an option for us.
