Jordyn was awesome! I called twice (he answered both times I called) to get some info ahead of time before going in to the store. Everyone was very nice and great customer service! I went with Jordan because he already knew my situation. He was patient,informative,and very helpful. Few stores around my area but I always go to this store because I'm able to get in and out quickly. (and yes I have tried 2 others)

The people there were so rude!! I walked in and they were just sitting the two Hispanics a lady and a man stayed sitting and didn’t bother getting up they were asking me questions as they sat. I felt if they couldn’t stand up to greet me they didn’t deserve my business so I walked out.
Very helpful staff and a well stocked store. I live in Hays County and so there are quite a few Sprint stores around. This is now the only one I will be using.
