Best customer service!! Shout to the Store Manager, LaShonda!! I had a bad experience at the other local Verizon 1006 E End Blvd N. Went in to her store on Grande Ave same day and she took care of me. Made me feel comfortable about continued my service with Verizon. Helped me with my upgrade and I am happy. Lashondra was really helpful and very professionalnShe took her time. She checked for possible discounts. She never rushed me I came back to this store because she was the one who sold me my last phone. While I was being waited on an elderly woman with a walker came in. She got her a chair to sit in, was concerned about her. And the little lady talked constantly while lashondra was trying to finish with me and she never lost patience and assured her she would be with her soon.
I always come to LaShonda for my Verizon services she's the best very knowledgeable and friendly. She's been my go to rep for about 6 years. I recommend this store to all my friends and family!
