Called for a tv bundle and lady emails me form to full out. I call her back and she says yes let me check inventory and ill call you back. Three hrs later she calls and says yes i have what ya need but store is closing soon and we will have to finish tomorrow with transaction. Its well into the next day still no call and when i call they say she is busy. Is one person the only one that can help or what. Also im a supervisor at a large manufacturing facility and it dont take me three hrs to know if i have a part why would it take her that long. I believe these people are lazy and someone in charge of the employees at Marshall Texas store should get off their rump and do something

Customers service stinks. Had I know Rhonda was still there I wouldn't have come in the store. They all walk around with a attitude. They lie and say one thing and it end up being another thingnRhonda tries to switch things up to make it seem like you don't know what you're talking. If my husband didn't want this mower I would go back and get my money back

Poor service,and undependable. Ordered furniture two weeks ago. Told deliver today. Now,say be two more days. Its bedroom suite. now be on the floor.
