Kenny Bade and Kenny McFarland have both assisted me with any problems I have had regarding alarms, telephones, tvs or any other electronic devices that I have. They always come when I call, which is often. They are always very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. No matter when I call, they either show up or return my call in a timely manner.nnBoth these guys deserve accolades from their customers.

This company was used in the building of my house. The security cameras were to be seen from the master bedroom tv. Was told that was no problem. Had already moved into house and system was still not completed or in service. Met installers at house after taking off work. Some trim pieces were installed. I was told additional equipment would be needed to see cameras on master bedroom tv. The security cameras are on a monitor in a closet in another room. Set up a date for additional equipment to be installed. They never showed. Called to see what happened. Was told they would call to make an appointment to install equipment. Never recieved a call. Have never been showed how to work monitor system. This company completely screwed me over and i would not recommend them for your security needs. Have been lied to on 3 different occasions by Aspen Electronics.nnWell I’ll be. Daniel contacted me and we set up an appointment. He along with a couple of techs fixed my issues in no time. Showed me how my system works. System works as should. Im a happy camper. We dicussed adding more to the system, which if price is right? I have no problem dealing with Aspen Electronics and we can make it happen. Thank you Daniel for coming to the rescue. I recommend their professional service to any one.nnRYAN LAMBETH
