Charlene is absolutely the best!! I moved to this storage after my previous one at public storage was broken into. I informed her of that and she was very sympathetic about the situation. She made sure that we found a unit that was just right for us. Charlene’s personality is so bubbly and sweet.

The lady in the office, Char, was super friendly and very professional. I am very happy with the facility and the staff at this storage. Hella better than Public Storage and Community Self Storage... by far!!nnKeep up the great atmosphere and positivity!!

I recently had a need to secure additional space to store some business equipment and sought out Bulls Eye on Airline and made a trip over to tour the plant and see the options on their availabilities. When I got there I was greeted by Mrs. Charlene who was a bundle of enthusiasm , knowledge and warmth. She made me feel like there was no where else I wanted my property to be and used all of her charm and influence to insure I knew my property would be safe and I was a valuable member had I choose to rent there. Of course I did and have had peace of mind since and am happy with the selection. Mrs. Charlene is the best, she makes you feel like family!!
