I came in to get a new mattress and Devonte walked me through every step and did what he could to get me the best deals. Great experience for someone's first time buying an actual mattress for myself. Got to try all the different styles just to figure out what was best and I'm getting same day delivery. Couldn't ask for more.

We had been hesitant on where to purchase our new king size bed , we at last minute decided to stop at the heights location...I'm soooo glad we did. Tracy approached us right away and such a polite greeting at that! She explained the differences between all mattress types I must have tried every bed in the store lol. Tracy Ly provided excellent customer service during my mattress/box spring purchase. She is very knowledgeable about the products. She explained purchase options as well as payment options. She was very polite and very professional. Store was clean and sanitizing methods were available.
Really enjoyed shopping at Mattress Firm. Davante had a lot of knowledge of the products and listened to our feedback after trying different mattresses to pick the perfect one. Easy shopping experience.
