Very poor customer service by the store managernMy mother in law who is in her 70’s and not very tech savvy was given a old phone while the phone she was forced to purchase because of a warranty that doesn’t cover anything, stayed at the store, unacceptable in my opinion, do not go there!
I love this store!!! Roy is amazing!! He always gives us the best deals...come and see him. You wont be disappointed!! I resend this review!! I broke 3 phones in a month and a half, and bought all new ones from ROY and NEVER DID HE OFFER ME A TEMPERED GLASS OR PHONE CASE!!
