Its a rough time for bikes and guitars, the supply chain disrupted, people buying like crazy. I anticipate not having the best experience right now and I don't know if or when it will get better. They were out of everything I was looking for and guitars are unimpressive for the price. That's probably because all the best guitars have been bought and what's left is slim pickens. I certainly miss the days when I could play before I buy and find guitars I thought were great under $500 but I fear those days are gone.

Literally no point in having brick and mortar shops like these if there’s never any stock! I just want to try a very popular sampler before buying, but this store is out of stock every time I try. I’ll just drive 9 miles to Sam Ash.

If you're left handed, this is still not the store for you.nnI was hoping to run in and out for a quick accessory, but they didn't have what the website said they had, so I compromised and bought a part similar enough but not nearly as good. I had trouble getting somebody to a register so I could pay. When I got home, the part was broken. Luckily they were nice enough to exchange it without any issues.nnThe thing that really bummed me out was that there were two teenagers there looking to buy a guitar and got completely blown off. Nobody approached them on the floor and they had to go up to an employee who was stocking a rack. That guy told them to go to another section while he went and got the guy from that department for them. As soon as they walked off he went back to stocking and never got anybody at all.

Took forever to get anyone to help us. Once they finally helped us service was great. Had everything we needed.

I went in for some studio equipments and was able to check out in a reasonable time. Great service indeed. I will definitely recommend this store for your music needs.
