My only complaint here is the use of plastic table ware. I want real knives and forks!nThe avocado toast breakfasts are very good. Service is always great and they keep everything super clean. Of course the coffee is delicious. Let's keep supporting them.
I am not too excited to give this review because I do like la Madeleine food but things were very off at this location. Its not the place I use to frequent. The food was okay I had quiche Lorraine and my friend had the spinach one with a potato soup. It seemed old and the bottom of the crust seemed a bit soggy. I had to ask repeatedly where our food was no one seemed to be interested in their customers, they were just there. Maybe an off day so after a couple months I will try again. May e it was an off day
This is one of my favorite places to eat but tonight was awful. The drink bar was so dirty I asked for a towel to clean it. The tables were not being picked up and cleaned after customers left. The manager was walking around looking at his phone and it seemed like no one had a sense of urgency. With this country being in a pandemic you would think that they would be on top of the cleanliness.
Luis is legit the best! He is always so helpful! The food is great, and who doesn’t love a good latte.. did I mention Luis makes the BEST lattes!
If you are not going to serve fresh food then don't serve it or sell it. I showed up at 8pm and they close at 9pm. The tomato basil was definitely from the bottom of the barrel. They gave me a plastic fork and knife so I couldnt cut the dried up chicken breast. The Strawberry Napolean (my favorite) was stale and uneatable.....worst experience at this location.
