Let me start off by saying that I love the food here. They have arguably the best bagels in Houston. However, I would really like to see them improve in terms of speed of delivery. It took over 15 minutes for me to get a bagel and lox, and this is a a consistent issue here whenever I order. I think they need to hire more people order work on their logistics. Recommend the food, but expect to wait.
Bagels were very good, customer service was good BUT what is up with the chocolate chip bagel??? There was literally only ONE chocolate chip in the entire bagel. Is this a joke?nnThe turkey pastrami was very tasty.
This place is and always will be a go to, the staff are always super friendly and especially during covid times they are doing their absolute best to ensure safety for everyone. I’ve been there a few times where customers were very very rude to the staff and even called one of the very ugly names when the staff politely asked for them to put a mask on. Every time I’ve gone up there the staff are always sweating their tails off making sure to get orders done and out. I just feel some customers should be more patient especially with the millions of walk up orders they get even though there’s MANY signs asking to do online and call in orders to avoid minimal interaction with customers for safety. Please keep up the great work ladies and gents who work the restaurant, your hard work is definitely appreciated.
Tried their Classic Salmon bagel and Fried Egg Bagel both delicious. Plenty of coffee varieties but I went straight for Matcha iced. Currently no seating inside so only TOGO
