I just bought a bundle of living room set from the Bella Furniture and am pleased with my purchases. The lady who works there was very knowledgeable and helpful.. The products are high quality and look great. I can't wait to see how it works in my place. This is a great time to buy as they are having their New Year Sale.

I saw their ad on Facebook. I contacted with them but they are pretty away from my home. They told me they can deliver it. So i made the purchase. The furniture was so clean, and delivery was rapid. I recommend it.

I went in to purchase some furniture, and I was greeted by Natali who was very friendly. She helped me with my furniture selection, and was very patient with me when I had questions. She made the process smooth for me. They’re prices are reasonable too.

My experience was not a good one. I visited the store on a Sunday. I was helped by Vanessa, horrible horrible customer service skills. She acted like she didn't want to work there. She made me feel very uncomfortable and she never showed me around never talked about the specials or promotions they had going on. Seemed like she wanted to close a sale fast and she never got up from her chair. I then returned to the store the following day were I met Natalie. I have many good things to say about this young lady. Very friendly sweet attentive to what I had to say. She took time to explain the sales they had going on and walked around with us to show us the different things they had. Overall my experience the next day with Natalie helping us out was overall excellent. The only other issue I had was the delivery guys weren't wearing a mask.
