As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a big smile everyone here is just so amazing and friendly, as I walked in I was also ask what I was looking for and instantly helped me and I just felt loved here. I knew i wanted a two piece couch and they just gave me exactly what I was looking for, And when I mean they I mean Mr. William he is a salesmen here and if your looking for something here ask for him. Amazing sweet man. Definitely only shopping here and going to him.

Awhile back I purchased a living room set. When we first got there William didn't even greet me and my son. After looking for a little bit I saw what I wanted and asked if I could put it on layaway cause I did want to make the complete payment until I was sure to pay other expenses I had. This guy was tending to my son and catering to him like he had the money which he didn't even have job I guess I looked poor and didn't have money. When he saw I had a lot of money he was begging for 5 stars and promised a discount if I gave it to him. I thought no not with treatment you gave me got my furniture paid in 3 wks and when I got there to pick it up they couldn't find my order waited 45min. and finally they loaded the truck and told me don't remove the plastic when I got home it was the very couches I didn't like. I said this wasn't what I ordered. Never again. He begs for 5 stars and promises discounts if you give them. Makes me wonder about all his 5 stars reviews. William treat ALL your customers with common courtesy and kindness you lost a big sale from me. My husband has a very good job out the Port of Houston as a crane operator. You could have made thousands of dollars from me. But whether it was cause I didn't look like I had money or you just didn't like the way I looked oh well doesn't matter, Your lost not mine.

This place was great. I was looking for living room furniture and I ultimately purchased from here after visiting about 6 different stores. I can be a bit indecisive when it comes to shopping for long term items, but William was very patient with me. I was hungry before going into to the store and when I mentioned it to my mom, William even provided all of us food and drinks. They packed the items on the truck and was careful in their handling of the items. He was awesome. The place is clean and they have a variety of price points. Make sure you check them out.

I highly recommend value furniture!! I bought my wife her dream bedroom set and William guided me through the whole thing. It was so easy all I had to do was sign. Delivery was so fast !! Very professional an very beautiful furniture store. Everyone was nice. Will be buying more furniture there again.
