One of the best decorative decisions we've made for our home was to have window treatments installed for the windows on the front of our home. Accent Windows is a company that Costco allows them to offer services through and Costco only chooses the best for their members and Accent Windows truly delivers. Alfredo is one of the sales reps of the company and provided impeccable customer service every time we communicated. Our installer was Antonio and he did a phenomenal job with our installation. All of the other windows required a very standard install but the living room window was the tricky one because of the size and the fact that there are burglar bars on the window. His design and installation approach resulted in a very beautiful seamless window treatment that truly ties the room together. And they truly increase the curb appeal of our home. I cannot recommend these guys enough! We're so happy with the results. Thank you, Accent Windows!

Alfredo was easy to work with, friendly, and knowledgeable of the trends of window coverings and embellishments. He answered our questions and gave suggestions. He took care in getting precise measurements. He had great follow through at each stage of the process. Customer service and satisfaction was of utmost importance to him. I recently had custom Graber shutters installed in a study room in our house that has a bay window and they look great! Alfredo was the first to come by and take measurements, explain customization options, etc. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns. A short time later after the shutters were ready, Antonio brought them over to install them. He was very professional and an experienced installer. No complaints on the finished product. I would definitely recommend.
