My husband and I just bought our mattress from there. Customer service was amazing. Courtney helped us he explained the difference between all the mattresses and educated us on how they cause better sleep patterns and all the positives and negatives for each one. He helped us decide on the perfect fit for us. It was a really good experience and were extremely happy with our choice. Highly recommend this location.
My experience at Mattress Firm on Fairmont was amazing! Courtney really took care of us. He took the time in investigating our preference and sleeping habits. I felt confident about my purchase and I would mostly definitely recommend him for future costumers!
My wife and I went in to buy a mattress for our guest room and a mattress for her brother. We weren't 100% certain if we wanted a new mattress for our guest room or for our room and just move ours into the guest room. My wife explained everything to Courtney and he took everything she had to say and asked some more questions to get us the mattress we wanted. We liked the presentation and how he explained everything about how we sleep and the way it effects us medically. We decided to upgrade our mattress instead and will be returning to work with Courtney again next year when we need to get our new king size mattress. He was able to get us out the door with our new mattress and my brother in laws mattress with 0 down and 0% interest for the first 12 months. He made shopping for a mattress very easy and we were very pleased with his customer service and information.
excellent customer service. Today we went in determined to find a new mattress. We were just looking for a firm simple mattress and walked out purchasing a Temperpedic with adjustable base board. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Courtney. He took his time to ask what we were looking for, what issues we had with our mattress and how we slept. He explained all details, showed us all types of mattress, let us test the beds comfort and even answered all our questions. Best part, we never felt like he was just trying to make a sell! We really recommend going to Mattress Firm on Fairmont and get with Courtney. He has great customer service.
