Shopping for a mattress for weeks!! Arrrrgh, no fun! But we ended up at Mattress Firm and Ian Stevens was amazing! Ian was so friendly and courteous. He was so patient with all our questions and so knowledgeable as he explained to us. He worked very diligently with us as we tested out each and every type of mattress he had. This was not my first purchase with Mattress Firm but it was definitely the Best!! Mr. Stevens at the 5669 Pasadena location was awesome! The entire staff is great. They worked with me to get what I needed in my price range and made it a great experience!!
Came in just to get an idea on what kind of bed my boyfriend and I were looking for, but walked out with a new bed. Ian is an AWESOME salesman! He was thorough in getting to know our needs and budget and was never pushy with us. Super kind and funny, wish he worked at every retail store I’ve ever gone to.
