The gentleman who works there is always such a nice guy. He doesn't try to upsale me, answers all my questions and I constantly catch him cleaning the store .. I never feel like he has something else he would prefer to be doing. I'm greeted with hospitality and politeness. I'm glad I switched over, he makes paying my bill a quick and easy thing.
Very good experience at this store. Was upgrading a phone for my father originally the employee was unable to get the phone connected. She asked if I could wait around 20 minutes for her co-worker to get there. I said that wouldn't be a problem. Her coworker, Mike, arrived and promptly took care of me. He even threw in a free case and pair of earbuds for my wait. Both employees were very friendly, Mike and I don't recall the other girl's name. I would definitely go there again and would definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for affordable reliable cell phone coverage. Been with them for a while and have never had any problems and you cannot beat the price.
I payed my phone bill on the 3 of Feb . They go and disconnect my service.the worst part they didn't give me a receipt after. Had to pay twice for there mistake.dont come to this metropcs horrible service
When I got my new phone was having problem try to set everything up and these guys took time to really help me out great service and they really care
I am very pleased with the service I received from this location. Sam was very patient with my question (which was a lot) and he also helped in setting up everything I need. The deal was great and saved me good money. I highly recommend this place and would love to visit again for my next purchase.
