Poorest service I've ever had .Need SPRINT back. Have to wait in line outside in cold. Associates don't come outside to tell customers they have to sign in to get service. Upon signing I ask why they don't come outside to(ask if anyone hasn't signed in) there response: That isn't our responsibility to do that! Corporate Offices need machine inside like Sprint had makes it easier for(YOUR) new customers to pay there bill with a Credit card if possible. Thanks for my OPINION!
Came in Sunday because my phone was not working. The girl who helped was very knowledgeable. Was able to answer all my question. I was a bit upset because the system was not working but overall good customer service
