This store is located in a very convenient spot.nAfter getting my nails and coffee I was able to go get a phone for my sons birthday. I was helped by Wilma.nShe’s very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me get good deals on a family plan. I’m very happy with her customer service. Forgot to mention the store is very neat and clean. I’ll always prefer to give them as my service provider for now on. I highly recommend this store.

My mother and I came to get her SIM card switched since we previously were sprint customers. Samantha, the employee that helped us, inserted the new card into my moms phone and then it immediately started glitching. She started an update on my moms phone without telling us so we had to sit and wait for that to happen, after it updated my moms phone froze and she violently started tapping at my moms screen. She then proceeded to tell us that we needed to take my moms phone to a repair shop even though it was working perfectly fine when we brought it in. When we asked to see the manager she got an attitude with us and it took him all of 30 seconds to get my moms phone working again. He informed us that “we wouldn’t let y’all leave without a working phone” even though his employee told us twice that we should take it to a repair shop. This is my first experience with T- Mobile and it was definitely not a good one.

Highly recommend this T-mobile store. Excellent customer service. Adrianne is very knowledgeable, professional and got me excellent deals on my phone plan. Received bills as mentioned during initial discussion.
