Extremly overpriced and rude employees. Went in to exchange a thermos that was scratched up and had to deal with these unprofessional people. Wouldn't allow an exchange so I'm calling my bank to dispute all of the charges. Thanks Pasadena Office Depot for the goodie bag! Anyhow, on hold with customer service right now to discuss the rude unwarranted behavior....

Well I read the reviews about how rude the printer girl is and then I went in to get something printed and the reviews do not lie, they need to get rid of her she’s rude as hell... for no reason.
The staff at this place has been super quick with my print order. I want to give a shout out to Kayla for being an absolute rockstar with my project. I wish this staff was at every Office Depot. Can’t praise them enough. Managers should be proud.
