I can't say nothing bad , my Representative Henry took care of everything for me. From the time I called him to what my needs were , in Appliances excellent service , and for his time and efforts. To the time I went in to the store and everything was ready my paper work . Arrived and Kevin had it ready all i had to do is show my I.D. and sign my paper work awesome .I was done in about 15 min , excellent service and meet and greet. Now I can enjoy a new 55 in LG Television.nnThank you Henry and Conn' s , I will recommend you to all my friends and family.

I wasn't expecting a new dryer and I end up getting a new washer and fridge in one day and to top it off on Mother's Day! Thanks to the staff and for being so helpful.nnConn's has done it again went in just to see TV's and came out with a 75in smart TV, stand and sound bar... And as always the staff is very helpful, Victor was our sales rep and he was very informative!nThank You Conn's!

I went there and the man acted like he’d didn’t even want to help my sister and I. We were looking for a mattress and they had little to non in our price range. The gentleman helping us basically wanted us to pick the first mattress we saw. He had no patients at all he kept walking away and on top of that their delivery charge was outrageous. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN. Bel furniture got my business today.

We love shopping at Conn's HomePlus. We purchased our refrigerator here about three years ago. Tonight we were in and out in about an hour purchasing a new stove overhead microwave and dishwasher. They always have great sales and we had a promotional discount of 10% off our entire purchase price. Victor Terry was an awesome salesman in the store. The sales manager help finalize our total sale for the evening and went over the delivery instructions. Great experience all the way around. Thanks Conn's!

Victor was phenomenal with making this purchase as smooth and fast as possible. Very informative with how the process goes and with making sure nothing was hidden. Great customer service. If you need anything check him out for sure !
