Love it here the girls are always so nice and always find exactly what i am looking for and for a good cost can't complain at all
I just experienced the WORST customer service at your location on Spencer and Perez street. Who ever is doing the hiring needs to take a better look at who they are putting in charge of their store. I strive for customer service, so when I came upon this group of ladies today I was very upset. Never shopping here again. As I walked up to make my purchase, one of the girls slams the “register closed” sign on the counter. I wait a couple seconds for one of the 3 other ladies behind the counter to say, “ here” or something. Not one said a word. I walked to the open register and one of the girls is literally straightening her hair behind the counter by the register!!! I mean really? What does that show to your customers ? It gets worse, all the girls just stood there talking amongst themselves not even saying one word to me and we’re looking at me as if there was a problem. I felt very uncomfortable. Melrose, you have to do a better job at who you are hiring.
They don't always have my size because I am small. The things I've bought there still look good after a year.
First time in the store and spend almost $200 i was passing by and saw some CHEAP clothes they have outside for my daughters for like $4 also they have some cute SELENA’s shirts that caught my attention as soon as i got inside the store and a lot of cute stuff, Very Friendly Staff it seems that they like having conversations with their customers which is really good, and also i like that they can order your size online if they don’t have it at the store.I recommend 100%
Very rude and bad customer service. And this was a manger that was really rude.
