Not easy to write a review after having your pet aka fur baby be cremated, but this place deserves the write up and my time. Hale's were very polite, took me in on a very short notice. Very affordable and very professional. I got the ashes back in a nice wooden lock box with a nice card from Hale's very quickly. This place will definitely take care of your loved pet without any hassle in a timely manner which will help speed up the grieving process.

Dale is a fabulous and compassionate individual. Per cremation has become a money machine but Hale's Half Acre is an exception

As far as the lady stating her pet would be put in a freezer until Mr. Platt can perform his services. What do you think a hospital or city morgue is going to do with your body until the funeral home comes for you. And even then the funeral home will store you in a freezer until they can take care of you. He provides a valuable service with much compassion.

I have brought several of my animals here to be cremated. Sadly, I adopt only seniors and special needs, so they frequently are only with me for a couple of years. The owner and his family have always been nice and accommodating. I had three pass in a 3 month period ( 1 of cancer, one unknown and one from heartworm that was too advanced to treat effectively). So I was at their home almost every other week it seemed. They were understanding of my distress and didnt seem to judge my uncontrollable tears when I left them. The price is almost half of what most places charge. Another reviewer complained about the fact that they were put in a freezer and about the crematorium but what do you think your vet does until the crematorium picks them up? They freeze them. And while I did only see the crematorium once, and it was older..... it still does the job.
