We stood there for approximately 10 minutes employees walked by us multiple times not once did they acknowledged we were there. They continued to take drive-thru orders while we waited. We finally asked and they said it was only a few of them (3). Once they decided to help us this employee with purple hair (Bc her name was not visible) started slamming things as if we were an inconvenience to her and kinda upset we didn’t leave the establishment. She also asked the other people there to leave because she could only help 3 people at a time. Nothing on the door mentioned this at all. I am highly disappointed in the level of customer service this particular employee had.
Everything was just ice creamy. LoLnBest ever
The lobby was supposed to be open for take out according to the paper on the door. Employee on February 21st 2021 refused to open for service. We knocked on the door to ask why and she just yelled at us
They're doing drive thru only but they had good customer service by drive through
their donuts were stale there was a fly and they took forever to give us service even though we were the only customers inside the store and the Asian girl has a mean mug
