This place is terrible! Three times I have given them a chance to see if they would be better and they have disappointed me every single time. The cookies are HARD AS ROCKS! What is going on?nJust bought a double doozie and the cookies were rock hard and the icing was not soft at all, which makes me think that these cookies have been out in the open for days! Maybe weeks! If the icing is hard then that just makes me question their entire operation. I get that it is a franchise and you are trying to make money, but wow, do cookies cost that much to make? I dont know who is in charge of this place but please, please, please come to ANY other Great American Cookie Company and see if they have hard cookies. If they do, I can promise you their business has dried up!
