My law firm recently moved into our new space. I needed more furniture for the new space and came across Carroll's website. My firm is in midtown so Carroll's was easy to get to during lunch. Besides how hot it is in the used furniture department, I've been extremely satisfied. Alan Schultz is the sales rep. who's helped me from day one. He's responsive, and honest. He pointed out I was better off buying new conference room chairs as opposed to the used chairs I was interested in which were $300 more/chair. At the same time, he kept me from buying 2 new chairs when he had the identical used chairs in the back.

Front of store has new furniture. Back has used that is clean with plenty of life left. Don't use google maps at the end. Tells you to turn on Glenmont then into some apartment complex. There is parking right in front of the store and accessible from S. Rice.

needed a new (for me)office chair. Carroll's was the second place I tried, and found the chair I liked for 1/3 less than what the first store had promised was the lowest price in Houston. Customer service was friendly and low-key.

Super nice service! Great sale prices. Much to choose from front floor, catalogs, & used furniture in back room.
