Was warmly welcomed by Eddie and Tim, Eddie was very professional and knew how to help me out! He was able to walk me through the different types of mattresses, and configure which mattress was best for my needs. Whole process was easy and painless. Very friendly, and highly knowledgeable, and willing to price match. We were able to work out a great deal, and he walked me through the whole process while being honest. Very happy to have purchased my mattress here and thanks to Eddie hopefully I will be able to sleep great! I was asked to write an honest review about my experience.
As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted with kindness and enthusiasm. There we met Tim and Jonathan a wonderful team that knows the art of walking people through buying not only what people need but what will serve them well. Tim and Jonathan are not just sellers they are welcoming, hospitable and warm people. Furthermore, they will do it takes to accommodate your budget, that helps a lot especially in times like this. Our experience was great and is still great.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I wasn't sure which mattress I needed. We tried every level of firmness, and we tried memory foam, and we tried box spring, gel, plush, etc. I finally found the right mattress for me and all because of the helpful staff. Would definitely recommend stopping by the store.
I really had a great experience at the Meyerland location. They were very thorough, polite and professional. I definitely recommend visiting their location. They really break everything down and work around your budget.
