Hopefully Lowe's will read this concerning the Beechnut store. We have gone there for years. After the flood there was the absolute best management. The store was friendly, so much was good. Now the opposite. Very cold store. Top down management reaches the entire store & customers.nNow I don't want to go in the store.nI went in last week for plants. Even the plant selection has drastically changed. Offerring mostly basket of different plants they won't sell. Whoever was ordering the plants before was Excellent. I was ready to spend a lot of money, but left saying I wouldn't go back.nWhat has happened to this once friendly store is a travesty.nPlease bring back the previous management when Ruth was there. So sad !!

Grateful to Christopher, an AWESOME young man who helped me load a huge load of mulch. I was struggling hard pushing a flat bed load and he came and politely asked to help, pushed it all the way inside for faster checkout, offered to hold the cart so I could pull the truck up and even helped me load. WOW! Will be back here again. Good training. Caring employees. Thank

Lowe’s is definitely my hardware store or choice. If you know what you’re looking for you will have a better experience. The staff can be helpful but you have to find the right person. One thing they could do to be a 5 star store is have a central information desk with at least one person who has answers or will not quit until they find the person who gets you the right answer. Searching the store to find help or the right person to help is frustrating some times but if you know what you want and where to find it you’re probably in good shape.

10 stars if my husband and I could rate it more than 5 stars!! Linda was so sweet to check us out after store is closed, asking if we found everything we wanted, patiently scanning all the paints we got. J Lynn was such a professional and helpful senior, together with Linda they actually took the time to help us sign up Lowe’s card that helped us save 20% of our purchase!! We really enjoyed this experience and so grateful for the extra time the associates took to make us feel accommodated! This means a lot while going through a stressful home makeover. Thank you so much and we will definitely visit again ♥ufe0f
