Ordered a power supply for a 55” Samsung. Order shipped the very next day with 2 day priority. Once received in very well packaged box, hooked it up and it worked like a charmud83dudc4dud83cudffc. Very good service and 100% legit items.
Oh ok, so on the website it says $10-$50 for damaged tvs, but when we call we are automatically low balled to $40, because it must be a certain size, brand, or year. Thats fine, it just needs to be on the website, so we all can know. Lastly, i had a 2016, 55 inch 4k LG tv, and was told by you all that $40 is the highest??????? This was on the phone.
Brought in my TV late morning, got it fixed same day (issue was main board). Professional and responsive. The price looked reasonable to me (about 115 between for part and labor). Recommended.
Ordered hard to get Samsung Y Sustain Board. I received board very quickly. Product worked flawless and price was very fair.. I wish I would have waited to post this. 32 days later the board failed. Called back..there warranty is 30 days...we cant do anything for you ...we can sell you another one..you.have got to be kidding me!!! Im sorry boards that last 30 days are JUNK! Your 30 day warranty shows how little faith you have in your products...hell no im not buying another board from you!!!
