I can’t recommend Pie Factory enough! My family and I order from them every time we want a custom-made cake for birthdays, anniversaries, etc., and they always deliver such beautiful cakes! They also have really tasty pies and cakes! Looking for quality cakes and great value? Look no further!

Love love this bakery!!! They made my daughter’s birthday cakes for two consecutive years now. And I’ll order more cakes in the near future. Tastes so good, very creative with designs and the price is right! Highly recommended!!!

Pumpkin pie I got the day before Thanksgiving 2019 was just right! Traditional, not to sweet, just enough spices. Provided they don't change their recipe, I'll definitely repeat!

Ordered 2 pies and 1 1/2 dozen cookies on the 25th for Thanksgiving. Watched the lady at the counter write down the order exactly like I was ordering. Went to p/u my order Wednesday, the 27th. Lady at the counter asked for my name, then went to get my order. She came right back with my pies, then went to get my cookies. Finally, she comes back saying they forgot to make the cookies and that she was sorry and if I wanted I could come back later and they would make them. I said no, I had other things to do and didn't live close by. She said she would give me a discount. She took my money for the pies and gave me my change. I had to remind her she was giving me a discount and so she gave me $4.00. Meanwhile a lady who was there before I got there was still waiting because they could not find her order either. I looked back at previous reviews I gave this store and just last year I had given them a 5 star rating. I don't know what has happened in the past year, whether it be new employees or new management, but I will probably not waste my time going there again. I did receive a call from John, the manager, who apologized for my order not being right and he said I could call another time and they would make me some for free but I am not interested.
