Was needing a new mattress after 35 years, my daughter and her husband got theirs from there and said how good they were treated. The salesman was very nice. When I showed him a picture of the one I was looking for he said oh I'm very sorry but that one is sold on line on the y. So he showed me 2 different ones he thought I would like and I thought one was perfect for me, exactly what I was looking for but didn't need the adjustable base. They are going to deliver it Mondayand I just can't wait!!!!! The best place I ever went to, to buy any type of furniture!!!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ok by staff I mean the small gal that appeared to be the only employee in the store at the time. She helped load the mattress and box springs I was picking up for my daughter.
Great, fast customer service and great deals Megan helped us out and we came to a great deal on a serta king sized mattress with the additional sheets king sized pillows bundle, and since it was over 999$ we also got the free adjustable base. Can't wait for delivery.
Very courteous Mattress Firm associate who showed concern for our needs in a bed. He was able to provide the quality and within our budget. I will be referring this Sherman location to all who need beds.
Great job selling, five stars for that. I had to drive to pick it up in nearby town so I’m giving a four star rating.
