Excellent Customer service and we’re very happy with our purchase! Our salesperson Will, was super helpful! He took his time in showing us all the beds that fit the description of what we were hoping to find, which reduced our time shopping and made the hubby extremely happy!!! (Thanks to Will for listening to our requests!) What a relief to find the perfect bed in a timely manner and with such a friendly salesman!!!! Would highly recommend and would definitely come back when & if we need another bed!!!
My salesperson, Will, was very helpful. He listened to my preferences and found me exactly what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and did not pressure me (which was a definite change from the 4 other mattress stores I visited). I will definitely go back for any future purchases.
My wife and I are repeat customers at Furniture Row/Denver Mattress. Our first experience a few months with Nick was phenomenal when we were purchasing our sectional. Today, we came in looking to purchase a mattress. We were greeted upon entry by Will and asked if we needed help finding anything. We requested to browse around and look on our own and he made sure that we knew he was available to assist us when we needed it. Each time we came across Will, he checked in on us to make sure we were doing well, and worked with us on our final purchase. He was very perceptive of our needs and made the process extremely simple easy. 10/10 we would go back to Will in the future!
