Fast and professional. The employees wore their masks properly and sanitized seating and surfaces after each customer.
I was at this store tonight to have my phone screen repaired. I was approached immediately when I walked into the store, even though, they were somewhat busy, helping other customers. I dropped my phone off and came back to pick it up after 45 minutes. When I returned to pick up my repaired phone, they were very prompt in getting me checked out and on my way. I was a Sprint Customer and am now stuck with T-Mobile. The Magenta colors in the store is enough to send me running, the staff is helpful but the music is annoying and loud. I mean do you really think Rap is building commercial customers confidence in your company?
