I would like to start by saying that this location has great furniture and even better prices. I was at Webster's place a couple of days ago and I must say that the young woman who was helping me was a great help. She was kind, polite and very helpful. also loved that she spoke Spanish and English, her name is Alma. I would recommend that you visit this place to buy your furniture and ask to speak to Alma. She is not your typical sales representative, she knows her future and she is excellent at helping you decide what you want. Again, loved the experience !

Alma was very helpful to my parents! They came in looking for a bed and she found the best price for them. She noticed their English was limited so she made them comfortable by speaking to them in Spanish, and making sure to meet their needs. Overall happy with our experience and went home with a new bed!

My girlfriend and I came into this store looking for a fresh new living room and possibly bedroom set. We spoke with Liam for three days and he was very patient and understanding. We could not decide on a style, theme or even the material. Once we finally found what we liked, we were too late unfortunately. They had just sold out. Then we found another set but we didn’t fall in love with the color. Ultimately, we bought elsewhere but Liam provided excellent service; he was knowledgeable and very helpful with his recommendations. All in all great store, great customer service and fairly priced furniture. We will definitely consider this store for future purchases. Thank you.

Had a great experience visiting Bel Furniture at the Webster location. Alma was so helpful with helping us find the right bookcase to match the rest of our furniture we currently have! Rick was also very helpful with some warranty information on our current mattress. They were quick to answer questions and made our shopping experience an overall success! Thank you Alma and Rick!

I love coming to this store. They always have a lot of new styles and in different size and colors. My sales lady was EXCELLENT!! Extremely nice and easy to talk to. She never rushed me or pressured me to make a decision and she understood my necessities what else could I ask for. Next time you go ask for Ms Alma shes the one to go with ☺ufe0f
