Employees seem to not care to help. Go to the Home Depot instead
Is overall a great store and customer service is great. Jeffrey in the paint department was awesome in helping me customize a color for my garage floor. He went way above what I would have done, to be honest (I was being picky).nThe store 9/10 times has what I need and I'm usually in and out
I’ve spent more time in this store than some of their own employees, to the point when -last week- I asked a rep about something, her response was “ you know this store better than me “. Fair enough!nnIf you have an order that you need processed quick, accurate & smooth, talk to Nicole at the Pro Desk. She’ll do your math, prepare your order & keep you updated until delivered.nIf you have a project that you are not sure what you need for, or where to start with, or even if you should do it, talk to Paul. Not only he’ll walk you through your project material needs, he actually pulls a cart ( when possible) shops with you until you find all your needs.nnI’ve been at 100s of other locations through the years, the Lumber team at this location are best team I’ve ever dealt with.
As usual, it was impossible to find someone who would help. Frustrating!!!nnUPDATE: Went back a third time to find a few things and ask for some advice--looking for suggestions about painting cement, looking for shower and bathroom vanity options. Once again there was no one around to help. The only person I did find was someone doing inventory (?) in the bath section and when I asked for some help she said she would page someone. After wasting 30 minutes of my time looking and waiting, I left. I went to Home Depot and had my questions answered, products were recommended... everyone at Home Depot was very attentive and professional. I will not be going back to Lowe's. You lost my business.
I like this location. They have sales a lot and you can tell when they do they just want it gone. Everyone seems to work pretty quickly from what I can see. It hard to find someone when you need em sometimes but usually pretty easy to find what your looking for.
