Looks like a third world store!
I've been to this Sam's Club a bunch of times and I really like this Sams because the assistant manager? Jen is amazing. I've had issues setting up delivery in the past and trying to get a furniture order in place, but both times Jen has helped me like a superstar.nnHer service alone at this Sam's Club makes this Sam's stand out from the other ones in the Houston area and makes you feel like you're always welcome at this store and can expect excellent customer service!
It was a good place to find a few groceries that I needed. It was a bit busy for the time of day that I went. The check out line was a bit long as well, but overall manageable. The location is great.
Worst management ever we purchased a gazebo but they won't hold it more than 24 hours. As we can't get it picked up till this Sunday. Wanda was the manager on duty we even had her talk to the general manager as well she said he said no. Costco has much better customer service. They would rather lose a 1500.00+ sale over holding a purchased product till this Sunday. This is no longer the company Sam Walton built. I bet he would be turning over in his grave to see this company now.
