This apple location has great customer service in store but when it comes to getting help by phone, they always hang up. It has happened to both me and my friends on different occasions. If you plan on getting help, save yourself being on hold for help and just drive to the store.
Terrible customer service. Mark is apparently a regular employee lead and represents himself higher than a general manager and does not allow customers to share their poor experiences with his managers. If a customer requests to speak to a general manager, he should have the ability to share his bad experience
Arrived to simply by a charger. Was told by security that we have to order online and pick it up in the store. Asked do they not have any on stock? He said yes but we have to order online first. Such a waste of time and energy. Poor customer service.
It's cool... I found all the pop's i was looking for at Baybrook Mall and the food there is good to... It was nice and clean and the employees wiped down all the time after someone used anything... Kept the bathrooms clean to...
The sales man Andy , I gave time for him to clean his desk ( disinfect) like others who were doing in between every customers , he didn’t do it..nApart for that I took express pickup and it was fast I was in line for 2 min then out by 7 mins.
