I have been to multiple Tmobile locations, this was my first at Baybrook mall location. They got me in right away, no wait. Kevin Tran was the most helpful and friendly person I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He had all the answers for my issues and more. The entire time I felt comfortable and welcomed. He even gave me his business cell number to contact him with any questions.....and I did! He answered immediately and he was able to talk me through what I needed to do. I will never go to another location ever again. Thank you Kevin!!! You are amazing!
I have been with T-Mobile for over a decade and visited many T-Mobile store locations and found that the Baybrook Mall location is the most well-informed, professional, helpful, and fully staffed. With very little wait and zero frustration this is absolutely the only store I go to for service. I was very happy that they reopened after being closed due to pandemic! major props to Alex Perez for answering all my audio video questions and allowing me to try the various phones to be sure I got what I wanted.
KT was extremely helpful! He has amazing customer service. I would recommend him for everyone!
