CVS has horrible customer service when it comes to photos. I received an email saying my photos were ready. When I went to pick them up, I was told the photo machine was down. I asked why I was notified that my photos were ready or more importantly, why I wasn’t notified that the machine was down. I was told the photos were probably in the machine and since the machine is down, the store clerks have no way of knowing what orders are in there or even who has orders. Absolutely ridiculous!! Come on CVS! You can do better than this!!
