I visited the Sears Hometown Store this week looking for a low profile microwave, Troy was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. The store is very neat and clean, great customer service and many options! I would definitely recommend this store and I will be back in the future! Thanks for all your time and my awesome microwave!
We were so impressed with the sales staff (thank you, Heidi!) and the professional, friendly service we received while shopping for a new refrigerator. The delivery crew was awesome, and so helpful, as well. We will shop there again.

I purchased a washing machine today. Price was good and the salesman, Ken was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I highly recommend the Sears store in Wisconsin Rapids!
If I could give this a NO star, I would! Would not deliver 31 miles, because I was in the wrong zip code, even though I am just in the next county. I had cash in hand for a new washer AND dryer. Spent my money elsewhere! LOVE my Speed Queen's from Country Shed in Adams!
