Well this is long over due ud83dude15 but I went in this store in July and switched my whole family over to t-mobile and a really nice guy named Jason helped me and I have to say he knows how to take care of his customers everything he stated and said has been true and true to his words. T-mobile has a real asset to the company and he knows the products. Way to go Jason ud83dudc4f you are the best. In my eyes you need to have your own store to manage and when u do my family and I will follow ud83dudcaf keep up the great work.
First off, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Second very friendly and generous with the phones functionality information. Dustin was a pleasure to work with, and he was very patient in explaining each phone's functions. We walked out of the store with a brand new phone knowing that we made the right choice.
If you go to this T-Mobile ask for Mario, he is an excellent agent!
