I've always end up coming to this particular O'Reilly auto parts and the customer service is great. I can count on them .
This place went downhill bad ! The “managers” don’t even care about the customers experience. It was my second time in and still a bad experience. Wish I would’ve gotten the names corporate needs to start over with this store . There was only two people and one of the boys was just taking his sweet time and the “manager” was just straight up rude . So much for me liking O’Reillys . Will definitely let people know about this . I’m disappointed. Where is the zero stars option .
Great store, love shopping there
After the website sent me to the store on Hwy 90 for the parts I needed. Hwy 90 sent me to this location. Upon arrival I was the only customer in the store, but the people behind the counter ignored me. Finally one guy offered to help, but they didn't have the part in stock either. The guy just tells me to have a nice day. Luckily there is another parts store across the street where the people were eager to help and had the parts in stock.
