It's unfortunate that I feel I have to write a negative review. I've been a loyal customer of this store for several years, without complaint at all. I recently went in for bedroom furniture and was pleased to find they had what I thought was a good deal. Turned out to be a mistake. It started with the delivery, a very unprofessional experience. I felt uncomfortable in my own home with their delivery personnel. So much so I called to request they leave. All this and moreover, they delivered furniture that was broken. The unmasked, cursing, tired, aching, and complaining delivery men were unable to fix the bed and I'm still waiting on a replacement. This was almost a month ago.nnI was told I'd be receiving a new frame. I haven't heard a word or an update from Arron's since.nnI'll be happy to update this review on remedy of this situation.

I went into this store to gather information on furniture that I will be purchasing at their Abilene Store. My assistant, Melissa Galvan, was extremely helpful! She instantly welcomed me and answered all of questions. I will definitely be using Aaron's because of the excellent service she gave me. Thanks Melissa!

My wife and I came here and Virginia was extremely kind and helpful. We do not have great credit but they go based off your income! We were able to get a couch, chair and full-size bed with matress for a very low price and it was in good condition

I don’t understand why Aarons has a contract between them and the customer when don’t stick to it themselves. They don’t listen to the customer and it’s as if they can’t read, I told them that they could run my payment on the 4th of each month and today is the 2nd and they already ran it, I hate it when they don’t keep they word, and being lied to, this will be the last time I get anything from Aarons in Rosenberg, Texas they have very poor service and don’t keep their word to the customer.nPlease don’t go to them for anything they are all just full of hot air.
